This necklace is adorned with seven beautiful discs of Phul (flower of the Sun). As far back as 400BC the Pashtun people of Afghanistan used these beaded medallions to symbolize the Sun's life-giving protection.

As each design is handmade and one of a kind, no two sunflowers will ever be alike.
